You would think I was crazy...

...to leave 80 degree, sunshiny weather for 30's and snow. I thought so, too, but I did it anyway.  My work flew me up to SLC for training in April. After a day and a half of work, I got to hang out with my family for a day and a half.

My work puts me up in a nice hotel room by the office. On the first night, Emily and I had a sleepover there. It was a blast. I think it was much needed time for both of us. We got silly, talked a lot, and stayed up too late. It was great.

Bill had us all over for pizza the next night.

After pizza, Whitney came back with me to the hotel for another sleepover.

It was great too! I can't believe how grown up she is. She'll be 17 this year. Where has the time gone? I love that beautiful girl.

I stayed an extra day to hang out with my family. I stayed at Paul and Emily's house. Emy made me a lasagna dinner. It was sooooo good.

It was also fun to play with little Portie.

He loves Johnny Cash too! Here we are listening to him on my phone.

Before I had to leave for the airport, we all had dinner at my mom's house.

I didn't have a chance to see Nolan and Heather while I was there, but I was glad to see my side of the UT family. It was good times.
