Happy Thanksgiving

I have so much to be grateful for. I have a wonderful husband, I have never been hungry, I have always had a roof over my head, I have a good job, I have the opportunity to further my education, and I have YOU! I am truly blessed and thankful. What are you thankful for?

The Search Goes On

We are still home shopping. The house that we looked at last month just wasn't for us. We did get a lot of preparations for home buying out of the way though, so we are that much closer. We signed another year lease with our apartment, but bought in to their home-buyer's program. We can leave after three months with 30 days notice if we buy a house. It seems like a good program. We were also able to forge some good working relationships with a great realtor and mortgage broker. It will be nice working with them in the near future. I am also excited to see what the Utah housing market does here in the next little bit. I am hopeful that it will follow the national trends and become that much more of a buyer's market. We will keep you posted!
