The summer's gone...

School started last Wednesday. I am only taking 6 credit hours this semester. I wanted to take 9 again, but Dillon wouldn't have it. I guess the spring semester wasn't just hard on me. As usual, I am loving school. It's hard to juggle work and school and everything else, but I think it's worth it. Maybe in a few semesters or so, I will quit my job all together and just go to school all day long. I would really like that, but the pay cut doesn't sound fun. I like to buy things too much...

This labor day weekend will be nice to hang out and relax. My cute friend from Idaho is down here with her hubby and her pregnant belly (I haven't seen it yet!) visiting family over the weekend. It will be nice to catch up.

The house hunt has been slowed a little. We think we are supposed to stay put for a little longer maybe... We are continuing to save and when the opportunity presents itself, we will know it and be ready. I am oh so eager to stop renting and get out of the ghetto though.

I am supposed to substitute in nursery for our church this Sunday. When the lady asked me I thought she was saying the youngest primary class (3 year olds) and agreed. I have taught in primary tons of times and know how it works. I wasn't really thinking. The nursery are the 1 1/2 to 3 year olds that I will be "teaching" on Sunday. I didn't know they even had lessons this young. I have never been the nursery before - not since I can remember anyway. I am fine with the kids part of it, but the rules are were I have no clue. I guess if they need to go potty, I have to go find their parents. I have no idea what kid belongs to who, let alone were they would be even if I did know. I guess they have "snack time" too. I have to take them to a different room to do that though. I have no schedule of when things are supposed to happen. I really have no clue. I hope someone who does is in there with me...

Next weekend we will be going to Boise to visit Dillon's mom. I am way excited to see her, the farm and Max (the dog). We may visit with my Dad and his wife too. I can't wait!

After we get back from Idaho, Sasha (Dillon's sister) will be in Utah for a visit. She will be celebrating her 30th birthday here. I think our cousin Mike will be throwing her a party at his house. It'll be good times.

I hope you all have a great labor day!

Can't wait to see you guys! I don't know about the party. I haven't talked with Mike and Rach about it lately and last time we spoke it was only tentative. I would love to see everyone, but I am not up for trying to get a party planned between now and then. I leave late tonight for California and will be there until I fly into Utah on Sunday night, the 9th. Anyway, I'm sure we'll work something out. Have fun with Mama and I'll see you both soon. Love you lots. ~Sasha
